Introduction

The project will help in identifying the positive cultural, economic and the ethical impacts of the globalization upon the different business functions in the organizations such as marketing, accounting, operations and HR. The research is conducted in order to identify the impact of economic globalization upon the functions of a business.

Yes, the project succeeded in attaining the aims of the project in an efficient manner. The research helps in understanding the positive impact of the globalization upon the functions of the business. The secondary sources were used in order to obtain the information related to the topic of the research[ CITATION Joh10 \l 1033 ]. The different sources of secondary data provided with the information and the data is analyzed through comparing the information obtained from the different sources of secondary sources. This helped in effectively meeting the requirements of the project.

The coordination among the members of the project team helped in accomplishing the project on time and also within the estimated budget for the project[ CITATION Ade08 \l 1033 ]. The selection of the useful sources of the secondary information helped in meeting the requirements of the project. The estimation of the cost and time of the budget was accurate which helped in completing the activities of the project in an effective manner[ CITATION Ric04 \l 1033 ]. The roles and the responsibilities related to the activities of the project is delegated as per the skills and the abilities of the project which helped in performing all the activities of the project by the contribution of the project team. The approval for the project charter on the right time helped in initiating the other activities of the project on time[ CITATION Mic102 \l 1033 ]. The support of the manager and the management during the project life cycle helped in meeting all the requirements of the project in an efficient manner.

The problem that emerged during the project is that - it was difficult to choose the appropriate sources of the secondary information. It was also difficult to make sure that whether the team is able to understand the objectives of the project in an efficient manner or not[ CITATION Vij98 \l 1033 ]. Apart from this using the tools and the techniques in order develop the schedule plan for the project was difficult because of the lack of the skills related to using the software for developing the schedule plan for the project. These issues were identified in the budgeting planning phase of the project which helped in managing the issues in an efficient manner.

It is important to estimate the cost and time for completing the project accurately to ensure the project success. It is important to understand the requirements of the project in order to meet the requirements and satisfy the clients.

As the project manager my performance was 8/10. This is because, my skills helped in managing the project activities in an effective manner and I monitored the activities on daily based to ensure the quality of the project.

I identified that I am able to understand the abilities of the project team members and develop the plan through identifying the requirements of the client in an efficient manner. I am not able to effectively motivate the project team.

The identification of my strengths and weaknesses will help me in getting the motivation to improve the skills to motivate the team.
