Stakeholders are the people related to an organization in the form of external or internal resources. In other words, stakeholder is a person who has a direct or indirect impact on the performance of an organization. A stakeholder is important for the improvement of work of the organization (Stakeholder, 2017). In this case study, I have divided the stakeholders into 4 different categories (Internal- operation, Internal-executive, External-operation, External- executive). These stakeholders are providing the services and resources to the headspace project. By these stakeholders, better services are provided to the group of people suffering from mental health conditions (Thompson, 2016).
Four Quadrant stakeholders as follow:
External Operation
Organizational service provider:Provide services like bed testing materials and other required services. They fulfill all the basic requirements of the hospital.
Health care Provider:Prescribe medicines to patients. These include doctors and nurses who are well-skilled person in the hospital and attend all the patients in the hospital.
Internal operation
Admin:This comes into the internal operation, admin is the person who founded the organization and has all the electronic control. This person has authority to recruit the person or remove the person from the hospital.
Board of Directors:These groups of serval peoples, who accountable for manage the organization and have some access controls. They have to manage a particular branch of the hospital.
CEO’s:These persons are responsible for the workflow of the organization.
Manager:These are responsible for the business flow of the organization. They have to manage all the resources and make new contacts to fulfill their resources.
General Manager:Develops training programs for the staff and controls the workflow in the absence of the manager.
External Execution
Medicine supplier:Supplies the medicines to the organization on demand. Moreover, provides medicines to patients according to prescription.
Medical equipment supplier:Supplies medical equipment to the organization as per requirements.
Ambulance provider:Provides all type of ambulances per requirement.
Government:Make legalization of the organization to run and make all the security rules and standards, which have to be followed by the organizations. For online registration of the patient, the online facility is provided by the hospital. For this, hospital has to follow all the database security policies.
Investors:Includes a single person or group of many persons who have invested their money in the hospital.
Internal Execution
Employee:People who work for the organization as per their roles. They have to provide an appointment to the patient according to the slot provided to them.
Technical staff:Includes people who provide the technical support to the organization. All the test samples are taken by them and all the reports are provided by them only.
Patients:A person who requests to the organization for the service.

Introduction statement
The questionnaire collection of information, become the work of management easy and effective. All the staff member of the hospital are requested to and the questions. By your answers, the requirement list of this hospital can easily form. Request to all members, that you should be honest while answering these questions which can help the management of hospital to find out their week points(Rahim, 2011).
By these questions, the entire requirement fulfills easily, as a result, all the required information by the hospital will fulfill at a minimum amount of time(Yoo, 2012).
