As compared to earlier times, the hotel industry was not so much famous and renowned in the market. The hotels don’t follow the concept of environment management as it is a very important concept which is required to follow and every hotel in the industry follows this concept. In older times, the customers are not much aware of the concept. The environmental management system involves the structure, strategies, and policies of the organisation in order to protect the environment. Now a day there is much attentiveness in the consumers about the concept of corporate social responsibility (Kasim, 2017). The concept of CSR is attaining greater importance day by day as these concept emphases on the need to realm the environment along with seeing the profit by an establishment. 1.Economic changes: According toSin, et. al., (2016), there is major variations which took place in the economy as compared to the older times. There were various changes in the economy. Economic changes refer to the changes which caused because of recession, inflation investment, expansion and other factors.  Economic changes lead to more creation opportunities of job, wealth and profit in the economy. In the older times, there is not so much problem of employment. But nowadays, there is a lot of problem of employment. The hotel industry creates employment opportunities in the market. There are variations in the prices of the services and the products offered by the organisation. In earlier times, the prices were very high which is not affordable for everyone. But in the present context, the prices are reasonable are the consumers having so many options available with themselves (Li, et. al., 2017). They can easily compare the prices with the prices of other organisation in order to choose the best organisation.

2.Technological change: There are various technological changes which take place in the hotel industry as compared to the older times. In older times, the technology was not so advanced. As compared to older times such as 50years before, there was no Wi-Fi in the hotels, no smart keys, mobile communications, laptop, conference with digital facilities and fact communication (López-Gamero, 2016). Nowadays there are various variations that took place, with the help of modern tools and techniques, the organisation will able to provide effective services to the individuals. The organisation now a day’s use technology such as fully furnished AC rooms, TV, fastest communication which help in determining fast orders and the technology also helps in the fastest delivery of the food and other things to the customers. Home theatres and other devices which help to reduce the cut the energy unused also there are various new technologies which result in delivery of hygiene product to the customers and effective services to the customers. It impacts the environment in a positive manner which is effective in managing the environment (Robin, et. al., 2017).

1.Political change:Political change cause major variations on the operations and workings of the organisation. Political change is about rules and policies of the government which influence the working of an organisation. In older times, there were strict rules made by the government which impact the activities of an organisation. Political change results in making the smoother and clearer process of working with an organisation. With the time there is major variation which takes place in the working of the organisation (Robin, et. al., 2017). There is a lot of problem of employment. The hotel industry creates employment opportunities in the market. There are variations in the prices of the services and the products offered by the organisation.The government has become more liberal in relation to the formulation of the policies and the procedure of an organisation. The government has also made various policies in order to promote the hotel industry.

2.Social change:There are many social changes which take place as compared to the older times.  The social factors involve wealth, family and lifestyle of the individuals. There are also changes in the education. As the level of education is growing day by day, the lifestyle of the individuals are grooming, there are various changes in context to the income, beliefs and income of the individuals (Sangwichien & Jaroenwisan, 2017). In older times, the individuals don’t much focus on the concept of status, show-offs. Nowadays the people are more concerned about all these things. There are various fluctuations because of the variation in the income. Nowadays, the people believe in the theory of happiness and the enjoyment. Especially the youth are much concerned about all these places, they need some places to fresh their mind and they want to live apart from the routine life. 3.Environment change:Hotels generally consumes a huge amount of resources from the environment. Hotels generally consume excessive resources and consumption of the environment which influence the environment (López-Gamero, 2016). In older years, the organisation doesn’t consider the factors and the resources which impact the environment. But in accordance with the variations in the taste and preference of the consumers, the organisations and the hotels have to consider the environment which carrying on its practices. At present the consumers mainly focus on the green environment and ethical practices. The organisation has to fulfil the demands of the customer in order to survive in the market and also to compete in the market (Robin, et. al., 2017).

There are various responses which can be made by a business organisation in order to meet the requirements of the customers:

The business can focus on the needs and wants of the customers in order to fulfil its objectives and targets. If the organisation wants to survive in the market, the organisation has to consider the taste and preferences of the customers and also the feedbacks of the customers. In order to fulfil the needs and wants, there is a requirement to manage the things effectively and also there is a requirement to take effective decisions in the organisation (Robin, et. al., 2017). Effective decisions can only be taken where there is an effective control of the operations and the activities of an organisation. There is a need to determine the opportunities prevailing in the market. There is also a requirement to analyse the strategies adopted by the organisation. Effective evaluation results in determining the loo poles of the organisation and requirement to take some steps which resolve the issues found.  Effective resolution of the issues will lead a better position of the organisation and will enhance the performance of the organisation (Sin, et. al., 2016). There are various variations that took place, with the help of modern tools and techniques, the organisation will able to provide effective services to the individuals. The organisation needs to carry on its activities with the modern technology and also adopt changes in the technology as to achieve the objectives more effectively (Robin, et. al., 2017).

1.Design:design plays a very important role in as design helps to attract customers towards the organisation.  The organisation should be designed in a manner, satisfy all the needs and want of the customers. The organisation will able to give several discounts and gifts to its customer and the customers feel happy in taking the services from the organisation. The design of the organisation is considered after comparison and in detail evaluation (Mohd-Any, et. al., 2017). The recent trends in the design and changes in the designs need to be determined by the organisation in order to change its organisation with the change in trend. The organisation is also required to keep its eye on its competitors in order t beat its competitors and to earn better profits.  In relation to Crown Metropol Perth Hotel, there is a need to focus on the design so that it can become more attractive for the existing and the future customers. 

2.Management:The management team of any organisation needs to be very strong and flexible in terms of change. The management team requires having adequate training in order tackle the situations (Mihali?, 2015). The manager is competent enough to give directions to it team members. The manager is required to be capable enough to take effective decisions in the organisation. The management has to manage the workings of the organisation and the manager is required to control the activities of the subordinates in order to enhance the performance of the organisation. The manager requires making several strategies and planning such as some rewards and incentives for the employees’ in order to motivate them towards the work. The environmental management system comprises the structure, strategies, and policies of the establishment in order to defend the environment; there is much awareness in the customers about the concept of corporate social responsibility.
